In this role you will create and build out highly effective digital campaigns to help drive toward great outcomes for our clients. You’ll help our healthcare clients find success in engaging their community while staying on-target to achieve defined KPIs and objectives.
You will also be responsible for optimizing campaigns for performance and providing campaign insights and recommendations weekly and monthly through campaign data and reporting.
We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented digital marketer with 4-6 years of proven experience, including at least 2 years specifically within the healthcare industry. You must be a self-starter, capable of taking ownership and driving results independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive paid media strategies for healthcare accounts.
- Assist in developing and drive lead generation strategies
- Experience in outlining media plans for multi-channel campaigns
- Manage multi-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and KPIs.
- Develop and deliver insightful monthly reports, outlining key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations.
- Proactively identify opportunities for campaign optimization and implement data-driven adjustments.
- Maintain advanced knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in paid media.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Confidently present campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of proven experience in paid media campaign development, deployment, and analysis, with a minimum of 2 years in the healthcare industry.
- Advanced experience in managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Microsoft Ads, DSPs, and other ad serving platforms
- Understanding of the healthcare marketing landscape.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Looker Studio, with the ability to navigate the data and find answers
- Experience in campaign data analysis and storytelling.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful lead generation strategies.
- Experience with conversion tracking and an understanding of attribution modeling.
- Experience in A/B testing and optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote agency environment.
